I hope he doesn't get multiple charges for having hooks on campus. After all they just might 'impale' someone in the eye.

Legally preventing the application of common sense in enforcing laws isn't working out? Who'd have thunk it?
Hope they work it out for that kid, he should never have been bothered in the first place.

Don't get me started. When I was a kid I was suspended for making a gun with my finger while playing Cowboys and Indians. My friends also were suspended for playing that game. Apparently it's culturally insensitive.
