Can we print out our PM's or send them to a Word type file?

You can always just swipe (copy/paste) them to a MS Word doc. Print that.

on the pm, to the right and just above where it says 'log out/in there is an icon that looks like a printer. put your curser over it and it says 'print view', try that.
