Comment Dates- About A Day, Month, Year

Is there a way to set the date and time on the comments to something other than "a day", "a month" or "a year ago". This is very vague.

There probably is, but I wouldn't change it even if I could. I'm rather fond of it and many parts of the web use this for dates now. All you have to do is hover your cursor over the descriptor if you want to see the actual date/time. The next version of the site will have this on just about every date there is on the site except for Report dates.
