Claming & crabbing section?

Post by Wilkstr » Fri Jun 08, 2007 11:16 am

Maybe there is one and I missed it. It seems like there are a lot of guys (and gals) from the west side. I am over there from time to time, and have always wanted to do some razor clam digging. It would be nice to have somewhere to go for some advise.

I really like the idea of a page like this. I recommended a shellfish page, Crabs, clams, crayfish. shrimp, oyster , etc. But I think we are the only 2 that like this idea. But I started a crawdad thread and it got quite a few responses, so somebody likes the idea. I just started a shrimp thread. Hopefully if it gets enough attention we will have our shellfish page

I live in Yakima and still hit about every other razor clam tide and go crabbing four or five times a year. I'd love a shellfishing section as well. Some may argue it wouldn't belong because shellfish are not fish. I'd argue that "fish" being in their title should be good enough! People could also post squiding inquires/reports there (which I am very curious about, having never done it).
