Forum Picture Upload

I've noticed that many others like myself have trouble uploading pictures in the forum section. The upload for reports is slick. Why not incorporate the same upload format in the forum section? I understand that upload sizes can become an issue, so reformatting pictures before uploading may still be a good option for the site. But, I think that a similar, or the same upload route for forum posts would benefit many users.

Currently, the only way that I can successfully get pictures to upload in places other than reports is by adding as "attachment". I have tried many strategies, and I would say that I'm pretty good on computers, but the forum picture upload is yet to happen successfully.

Any others second this? Thoughts? Other negatives? Thanks.
