Photo Galleries - Default Photo
After you create a gallery and upload some photos, make sure you go in and edit at least one of the photos and set it as the gallery default photo. That way your gallery will have one of your photos to represent it instead of the default gallery photo.

RE:Photo Galleries - Default Photo
Any chance at a bulk uploader or do we have to upload one pic at a time?

You must not have uploaded any pics yet.

I have tried. Am I missing something?
I just have to go through each file, to folder, to picture, after each time I upload one. Maybe I'm not making sense. I hit browse and it brings up my computer files, then I have to select which folder the pics are in, then pic the actual picture I want to upload. Instead of uploading one photo and then the uploader going straight to that folder once again to upload from. Or a bulk loader that stays in that folder and the user can select a couple of pics at once.

Have you TRIED selecting more than one photo?
Dude. Sorry. I shouldn't be messing with you like this.
It IS a multi file uploader. Just select the file(s) you want from a given folder, then hit Open. If you want more files from another folder, hit Browse again and choose more from a different folder. Hold down CTRL or Shift to select more than one, or drag your cursor over as many as you want, or hit CRTL-A to select all the photos in a given folder. Works just like any other multi-select program.
When you're done adding files to the list (Max of 40 I think), hit the upload button.

And you can mess with me anytime you want, you know that, just be aware that it will come back to ya.

Hey buuuudy, is there a way to move the galleries around and pics around inside the galleries? Or is it in the order uploaded and that's whatcha get?

Whatcha see is whatcha get. Tuck this away for a rainy day. Now that everything is online, we'll mold the site to the exact standards that you guys want, slowly but surely. We'll be adding things, moving things, tweaking things... to make them all just right. Now that I see it all in use, there's quite a few things I would have done a bit different... but I'm never 100% satisfied with my work.

Don't forget - minimize your pictures for the web! 20 mb won't last long if you're uploading big picture files. I tried to get my photos into the 40-50kb range. Down the road we hope to be able to provide more storage space.
