Lingcod in south sound (bait and spear)

Does anyone have any recommendation for lingcod fishing in the south sound for both bait and speargun?

Tacoma Narrows...The old bridge of course fell into the water and now provides ideal Ling habitat. Best fished on slack tides because any current will make you lose a lot of gear...
