If you have a diver is any other wieght required to go on your line? I just used a diver for the first time and it wouldn't dive down.

The only diver I use is the deep 6. I am not a huge fan of them. I like the good old banana weight. But anyway we dont use a weight with the deep 6. I do know if you rig them backwards they dont do what they are supposed to do. Don that before

I don't like divers you are better off without them.
Me and my dad used to use a 4oz banana weight with a herring and an electric motor, we would motor mooch the baits, and we got lots of nice kings that way.
