Go West from the resort area around the Jetty and fish along/in the kelp beds that are all along the shoreline up toward the Sekiu River.

Use Jigs right in the kelp and hang on!
Never let the TRUTH get in the way of a good fish story!!

Halibut in 150-300 ft just east/in front of the mouth of the Sekiu river. Hot halibut. I was fishing the othe side for the Neah Bay opener and slayed them. For lings, work the shoreline in 25-60 ft... you'll find 'em. We got them and did't even need to find knarly bottoms.
