Where can I hit some good spots on the Washington coast for Surfperch?

From what I understand (I'm just starting to get into saltwater fishing) there are surf perch pretty much anywhere. Rialto Beach near La Push, Ocean Shores, Westport Beach, as far as I know they just like a sandy bottom but I have a very humble opinion.

Like was already said. Salt water along coast+sand= surf perch. If you aren't catching fish, keep moving down the beach.
Specificly I have caught fish at Moclips, Roosavelt beach, and Pacific beach.
clam necks drop shot with two hooks.
