5/23/2009 Leazenby lake Laramie Wy.

I had a friend and his brother over for some fishing yesterday. He stayed Friday night so we could get an early guys only trip in the morning. When we got to the lake the sun was barely coming up but the fish were on the feed 
It seems this lake was just stocked so the planters were tearing up our baits#-o I wanted to fish but not harm all these stalkers so I set up with a fly 4-6' behind a clear bobber the fly I was using is in the pick of the fish:-" These fish were not big but they hit hard and as soon as the hook was set they were tearing up some water. I was using a 7' ul rod with 4 lb. main line making it a good morning. Another reason it was a good morning was all the wildlife:cyclopsan We saw many different species of water birds (even HUGE pelicans:compress: ) they were all over the banks. I am attaching some pictures from the morning..
