Got my elk, now need taxidermist

Got this guy Sunday morning. need to find a taxidermist to do a European mount. any recommendations?

Nice job! Very unique bull! I dont have a taxidermist to suggest, but, European mounts are very simple to do yourself at home. You can buy kits too. I did mine myself. Without a kit or any bleaching. But you do need to live in an area where people wont mind you boiling a stinky head.

That looks good schu!
But (besides tolerant neighbors), you also have to have a suitable outdoor burner and vessel big enough to do the job. That's a lot of head to be submerging! I boiled the skull plate on my 6x6 out on the side burner of my gas grill. Suspended the rack from the eves of the house in order to keep the skull section in the water of my smallish pot. Worked great, but was glad I wasn't attempting to do a European mount.

nice looking mount for sure! thought about doing it myself as well.
its more of a time thing for me (don't have any)

I do all of mine, i skin the skull.. then put it in some dirt for about 2 weeks.. then I boil it and bleach.. very easy.
