Seabass Recipes

Caught a limit of seabass this weekend and I am going to need alot of recipes. Got any favorites?

If they are fileted out and skinless, check out the beer batter recipe I posted. I think it would work out really well for them.

my favorite is just simple fried with egg and flour breading with jonny's seasoning
