Smok'd Whitefish spread A GAME WIN'R!!!!

I really enjoy this spread/dip using smoked white fish! 1 1/2 cups of smoked bone free whitefish or (smoked trout/salmon) 1 cup mayo 1 cup Parmesan cheese 1 6 oz can black olives (chopped) 1 4 oz can diced fire-roasted mild green chilies 1 cup Monterey jack cheese 1/2 cup Chedder cheese * *Work fish into small flakes removing all bones. Mix all ingredients reserving 1/2 cup of parmesan. Spread into pie pan or several ovenproof dishes. Top with remaining parmesan. Bake in preheated oven at 400 degree for 25 minutes. ENJOY!!!!
