Pickled Zuchinni

Wow!!!! I just opened a jar of my pickled zuchinnis. They came out superb. Sweet and very vinagery which cut down the sweetness alot. I did use the apple cider vinager which adds that certain tang to it. Im planting extra zukes this year . I served them at a small dinner gathering and they went very quick. I hadnt made them in the past but I had loads of zukes last year.
