I fish not because I regard fishing as being terribly important, but because I suspect that so many of the other concerns of men are equally unimportant, and not nearly so much fun. ~ John Volker

Turduken was a John Madden favorite. I made it one year. The hardest is deboning three birds. Takes quite a bit of patience and a couple very sharp knives. When I did it I had to buy an extra duck cuz I butchered the first one.Lol..
Im doing the Bon Apetit TD dinner.Turkey of course smoked in the fire-pit grill. I'll smoke the bird using applewood.I'll brine it in a salt/ applejuice mixture.I m having a butternut squash soup, green salad, for dessert a bread pudding with a cutrus-cranberry compote topping.
Then a long walk everyone of the 4 days off.Im going lite on the feast this year. Im doing the holiday alone. I dont want too much food leftover. Have a great TD dinner all. The best to everyone.
