If you like soups try this recipe out. It taste really good.

Ingredients:

1 Tomatoe
1 Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
Ginger
1 Lemon
Parsley
Green Onions (small)
Tamarind mix (small packet at the local market shop)
Trout/Salmon (1 whole fish)

1. Slice the tomatoes into 6 pieces. Cut the onions into 4 pieces. Mince the Garlic. Take a small piece of ginger the size of the garlic cloves and mince it also. mince the parsley and green onion.

2. The trout and salmon cut into 4 pieces. You can fillet it and remove the bones or cook the whole thing, but cut off the head and take out the guts.

3. put oil in the dish pan and cook the trout/salmon, garlic, and ginger for about 5 min.

4. Add the onions and tomatoes into the dish after the trout/salmon is about halfway done or after 5 min.

5. Add water just enough to cover up the fish. Add parsley, green onions and lemon.

6. Add salt and pepper and the tamarind mix just a handful (if you add a lot it gets really sour).

7. Bring to boil and mix slowly not to crush the fish apart. cook about 10 min. or until the fish is done. Let it cool down a little bit and serve.

This is a recipe that has been passdown. I have a lot more Ill post up later. Thankyou and enjoy.
