No offense, but thats kinda what this site is all about!
Sammamish cutts will probably continue to be hot for a while, chelan winter kokanee is on my to-do list... Lake washington winter "deeper water" perch fishing is one of my family's favorites.

You could take control of your own question with going to the lake report section, and then filtering down to the winter months.
Search a lake you are curious about, but filter it for winter months.

Munn....if you like to not keep your fish and not use bait, and not use scent, and barbless single hooks!
Beaver....light pressure after the 3rd plant should keep the action going a few more weeks. You will need to be on the water though.
Offut.....good dock fishing...worm, marshmallow

You didn't specify what part of the state, but Lake Roosevelt is definitely one of the best. Tons of trout and walleye during the winter months and no ice fishing required.

I'm surprised people oblige such a demand. Didn't even say please in your origional post.... Footwork+homework= good fishing spots.

I will not be giving location handouts. What locations people already generously gave should be appreciated I hope. I found this post to be rude and makes you seem very entitled.
