Have never to Curlew Lk, but am thinking about running up there for a couple days before heading home from Banks Lk. Plan would be to grab a cabin and keep the boat in the water. Target would be trolling for trout and possibly some peach jerking. Not sure about being able to sight fish & cast for bass/muskie, as I don't have an electric trolling motor.
Wondering if there are thoughts or opinions on staying at Tiffany's vs. Fisherman's Cove?
Also, I'll have a 22' Hewescraft Ocean Pro ET/HT with me. Obviously way too much boat, but will there be any problems using it there for trolling?
Any insight to lure/bait choice for that this time of year would be helpful.
Thanks!

Re: Curlew Lake July 1-5
This is just a thought but if you still live in Renton and you're going to Banks Lake, Curlew is not exactly "On your way home" It's quite a trek from banks lake.
