Catfish in SE King County?

Post by dfalcon » Mon Jun 04, 2007 11:51 am

is there any good catfishing in this area? I live near Lake Desire; have never seen any cats pulled from there.
What works best for cats in this part of the country?
thanks--

I've never seen or heard of Catfish on this side of the cascades.

Most of the catfish in King County are going to be bullhead cats I would bet the they are in Lake Desire. I know they are in Lake Meridian, Lake Wilderness, Lake Sawyer, and Shadow Lake. This kind of cat bites best in the heat of the summer evenings. Put a gob of worms on a hook and cast it out in shallow coves from 9:00pm to 1:00am.
