Pulled this out of a Sammamish cutt -- any idea what it is?

If it is rubber, not actual flesh, than it is a bait of some sort. If it is something that was alive, my guess, a freshwater leech.

The tiny green stuff looks like daphnia, the big thing looks like an artificial bait. I have my doubts about that being a leech or otherwise natural item. Its not decomposed looking enough imo. Not only that but ingested leeches quickly turn to black mush once its fully in the trouts stomach, ive taken throat samples and pulled 18 leeches from a trouts throat and they were all in fair shape but those found fully ingested into the stomach were barely recognizable. Even complex organisms like frogs and fish dont fair great once they are fully inside the stomach.

Roboworm sculpin, I use them for perch at times.
That's also a ton of daphnia, something you'll not find in the stomachs of cutts caught in lake Washington as there are plenty of bait fish for them to eat.
