lake washington fishing secrets!! anybody??

im learning how to fish lake washington for perch and cutts. does anybody have methods they use regularly out there?? 1st- perch
2nd-cutts
been out 5 times, and slaughter them 1 time, and skunked the next. any info would help. we launch at the mercer launch. thanks.

Roommate and I want to go out for Perch -- I'm a Wisconsin boy, and I LOVE perch fishing, but have no idea where, when, etc. I assume worms 4-6 inches from the bottom with a #10 hook and a bb splitshot? but where? yes, we have a boat... I'm up near Juanita beach. Any other Lake Washington tips would be helpful. Thanks!
PS: If anyone needs a fishing partner, I can be ready to go almost any evening! AND I know how to handle a boat! (But I SUCK at backing up trailers!).

Any point has got the perch. It's just about knowing the good ones, staying on top of them and finding the right depths...Try points off the 3 points, north end of MI, edges of Juanita bay, Sandpoint areas, and off Medynbauer bay on the north point...
