Didnt hit stickny today but went back to Silver Lake and pulled out another nice trip 12 inches. That lake is starting to come back now.

Went to stickny yesterday and got a 11 incher but thats it.

I stopped by silver lake this morning and got a nice 8 inch trout and it looked nice and clean a guy that was there had cought 4 as well , ill keep a good update on this lake I live like 3 mintues away

These are good things to keep in mind while handling & releasing fish. A dry or gloved hand or any abrasion that removes the slime coat can cause similar results. They may look fine as they swim away only to suffer & die later.

I've actually caught trout that had a perfect handprint in fuzz growing around the body.

True story! If I decided to release a fish I try not to touch it at all, but if I have to I always stick my hand in the water and touch it as little as possible.
