+1 on that Rvr_fshr.
Eggs are a lot of fun and involve a fair amount of work and knowledge just on their own to become very successful using them (handling and curing process alone can be pretty technical if you want to do it very well- bleeding eggs, keeping your scent off, drying them properly, curing them, storing them etc

).
Corkies or beads of course work too but can't understand why it would be a waste to use eggs on Cow fall Coho?
I'd love to catch them on eggs drifting or bobbering if I had the time.

Emphasis on time

I've never seen anyone floating jigs for coho, but It may be worth a shot. Twitching jigs do work, just gotta get em before the flossers show up. Lazy bunch though, they usually show up late morning
Yeah a guy down by barrier was showing me all his twitching jigs and stuff that he claims he gets limits every time on them, he was pretty cool, gave me some good tips on coho on cowlitz and I swapped jigs with him. But yeah that pool right in front of the parking area at the dam would be great for twitching jigs or float bait, might pick up some late summers or early winter too.

thanks for da advice i freefrifted eggs da size of baseball for springers and casting 100 yds with no weight on a 15' pin rod. you tend to go through eggs quickly especially landing almost 50 springers not including my friend who has no egg ,so i shared with him, had tons of takedowns too missed

sometimes every cast get hit trust me da eggz are fine..
