The Green

Post by gpc » Mon Apr 30, 2007 10:47 pm

Im pretty new to river fishing and being as the green opens on june first I was wondering if anybody had any tips or hints on what to use, where to fish it, what time of day anything to get me a feel for the green. Ive lived 2 miles away from it for 20 years and have only fished a handful of times and have never caught a thing. Thanks for any help guys.

There is good access to the river in this area ( note you must copy and paste the whole link )

But not alot of trout. Try it in the fall when the salmon run I think the Humpys run this year and that is my personal favorite for the Green River
