Float / Bobber !!!!

What is the correct way to set up float / Bobber for yarn and corky ?

never heard of using a float with yarn, I guess you could put a split shot where a corky would be, but then you might as well use a jig.

run a 24 inch leader to ur yarn. and put a swivel. make sure the leader is lighter than main line. add a slinky or pencil lead. option b. us a inline weight, atach to leader and main line. if it is a slip float make sure to have a bobber stop.

I've never seen it before, shows what I know! Good to have knowledgeable guys on this site. When would you use this versus using a drift rig?

I would say best used in slower deeper holes or around big ass boulders and obstructions like trees and root wads.
