Re: Summer steelhead 2014
FINALLY!!!!!!!
Landed my first on Saturday at Barrier! 8.5 lb buck. Swung a 1/2 oz rainbow holographic pixie spoon right in front of his face and he didn't like that one bit. Big shout out to my main fishing partner with the net job! All in all, Saturday was slow fishing on the Cow...water level was at 2900...yikes!

Re: Summer steelhead 2014
Went 1 for 1 today. The water levels are plummeting and I'm getting into scraping fish mode.

Re: Summer steelhead 2014
Went up to reiter sunday night. Was very low. That in itself is not a deal breaker, but when you got guys standing up on rocks and ripping their bobbers across the surface of the water right over holding fish, you get nuthin but casting practice. Maybe this rain will help.
Re: Summer steelhead 2014
Got a few hours to kill in the morning, think ill head up to Reiter see if its any better with the water up.

Re: Summer steelhead 2014
Nice work Brat and bait. Good to see some young guys out slaying them together. Good looking jigs too. I also like your photos cause the background is blanked out. No sense in letting others profit off your prospecting too easily. Keep up the solid work.
