yeah been there I do not know if anyone read my fetha styx fishing story (btw kockmandoo has a pretty good one too) but at the cowlitz there was only 3 steelhead hooked 2 landed and those 2 were mine. Coolest feeling ever but the times when you the one being skunked it is like you just want to yell "WHY ME!!!" absolutely sucks

haha my entry was 1100 words. For a 400$ custom rod though, shoot I'd do alot of things. So Brat Bonker....your real name is Hunter Shelton I take it?

yes alex kochman

mine seemed long but it was only 530 words, easiest 530 words I have ever wrote though. I bet FF is planning on writing some huge 3000 word story to blow everyone away and waiting to send it in last minute

ouch 10000 is a bit much haha and thanks FF I appreciete that maybe they will another video contest, I just need to find out how to create cool vids like you guys, took some cool mini clips from salmon season and will try to get some of steelhead this year.

Got into some lower river chrome on the stilly today, like way lower river. Gotta love them hot fish fresh outta the salt!

nice metal FF, I have been hearing some good things about the skagit lately by other guides so maybe the run is coming up slowly. Have you been fishing swift creek at all? Good access down there too.

i hate swift creek hole, lol. Ive been fishing all over, up and down from there, getting a new guide drift boat made for me right now, gonna be hitting some monster wild steelhead this spring!!!!!

really haha. I have never fished there but nice long stretch looks better from a boat. What about around the eddies and big bend? Might take our drifter out in a couple of weeks.
Those guide elites look nice, the guy at defiance really put a lot of pride into making it just for guides.
