Pretty darn cool to catch your biggest on tape. Talk about lucky, ugly chatter bait on a spinning rod no less. Wonder what lb line he was using, that hit the bank fast. One thing I'd like to say is I am willing to bet that fish was out of the water for a little too long. Carry a weigh bag and keep it in water when not taking pics. Nice find on the video.

Pretty cool video, and clever on how he used his camera. I'd like to do something like that, unfortunately I'd probably have a 100 hours of footage to catch one fish!
Chris B, I think the line was braided.

"Oh my God, Oh my God, Oh my God"
Good stuff. Get's my heart racing.
Another one I watch to get the blood going is Butch Browns 19 lber. Biggest bass caught on tape: http://www.huddlestondeluxe.com/butchbrown.html
I'd love to set up a camera and get some bassn footage. Mine would have to be bleeped and edited though.

I was thinking the same thing. I kept saying "ok put it back now." With the time ticking and the one edit I think he had that thing out of the water for almost three minutes. Took a while to revive it. But with the excitement of a bass that big, I'll bet he felt like he was only holding it for 30 seconds.

Fishinislife, You know what is so funny about both of these great videos is that both anglers immediately get religion when they see what they have caught. On both vids..... " Oh my God, Oh my God.. repeat repeat.
It's so funny because as angler we all know the feeling, and you can hear it in there voice. Their breathing gets all weird etc.
"Honey Badger don't care.. Honey Badger don't give a ....."
