Thai Fish Cakes using trout

Had to find a way to keep eating the trout I caught. After awhile they tend to get long in the tooth. I cook Thai and Vietnamese food and came across a recipe using boneless trout for Thai fish cakes, skin removed and spiced and fried OMG food from the Gods! You can find recipes online or respond to...

Re: Banks Lake Craws?

Crawfish boil is a blend of spices used when you cook your craws. You can find it at most sporting goods outlets, Walmart etc. You add the hot sauce with it and enjoy!

Re: Looking for remote/isolated on east side

Palmer Lake is off the path, but large and very busy with Canadians headed south (full campgrounds) and Kokanee fishermen. Remember Eastern Washington remote is NOT pet friendly. Coyotes and snakes. We attempted to camp Black Pine but full of drunks. I would suggest prowling Lake Roosevelt along the...

A decent caterer on site with tons of indoor eating space. Walk on the beach, park, town, marinas, shops great, destination. Its called Fort Word...
