I'm new to kayak angling, but not new to kayaking or fishing. I live in the Mukilteo area (8-2) and the Skycomish is not far away. I'm available evenings, every other Friday, and most week-ends.

I'm suprised you don't need physical therapy after hauling in all those big fish. Great pics and vid.

Where is the parking area for the HWY 2 side of the Skykomish (accross from Rieter Ponds), is it off of Fir Rd, or is it farther down?

The hatchery is easy to get to. From Hwy 2 in Gold Bar turn left onto Rieter road. Stay on Rieter Rd and then take the first paved right that you come to. There is no sign.
