WANTED: Someone in the 8-2 area to take us out fishing and crabbing

I'm looking for someone in the 8-2 area to take us out fishing and crabbing. We would gladly chip in. I do smoke cigs so please be okay with that.

Re: Crab eggs

In my entire rec. crabbing life, I've never seen a female crab busting at the seams with eggs. Were you crabbing near the fertility clinic? lol

Re: New to fishing in WA state! Question about lures.

You're welcome Kwonkai234. I know some great places to fish in this area whether it's 8-2 or freshwater lakes. Our outdoor group is planning a fishing camp out for 2-3 days next week. Early morning 8-2 fishing. There's a pier and a boat launch. You are welcome to be part of that. I can pm our link. ...

Re: 3 months home confinement - not enough time...

I realize this is an old thread but a commercial crab fisherman gets a slap on the wrist of 3 months home confinement. The rest of us have endured a year and a half of restrictions and home confinement due to the pandemic. Fish and game violators should PERMANENTLY lose their privileges, especially ...

Re: New to fishing in WA state! Question about lures.

Large Kastmaster's are great but I'd recommend Herring Dodgers for the Sound. The barbs on single hooks must be pinched off. What area will you be fishing?

Re: Fishing partner wanted

Anyone in Snoco who would like a fishing buddy? I'm limited to an inflatable but don't mind shore or pier fishing at all. Just pleasant personality. [cool]

Thank you Quadfather for the helpful advice. Have you heard anything about the 2021 crabbing season?

Re: New to fishing, looking for someone to show me the ropes (Seattle)

It would be nice to connect with other fisher people (male or female) to fish waterways in Western Washington. I have a life-long passion for fresh and salt water fishing and crabbing. I'm a peaceful, non-alpha, no-drama type. I do smoke cigs so please be okay with that. North Snoco, Skagit or MA 8-2.

Re: Crabbing 2020

Any idea what the 2021 crabbing might look like? Although limited to a small but durable inflatable, I'd like to connect with others to crab and fish near Camano, Kayak Point or the Bubble. No-drama peaceful type seeking similar for early morning runs. Can meet up at the KP pier. If you find them th...
