It should be fine. I talked to the WDFW a few months ago and they said as long as the gear is in line with what it says in the regs it should be fine. i think the rule of not using crab pots might have been an old rule, not sure about that though.

So hopefully, silvers and some early winter steelheads should be coming in with the rain. Ive had plenty of fun with the pinks this year and would very much like to hook into some nice silvers...and any other type of salmon!!! haha. or you could drop shot the hotdog. i heard they have alot of action like that. dont forget when your drop shotting a hotdog, you need mustard and ketchup =) or....you can use the bun as a bobber =)

haha. i fell for that one last year. lol. was like...4 in the morning, couldnt sleep, really tired...had my speaker system hooked to my computer, all in the dark (except for my computer light). it was a great moment. not falling for it again =)

i skunked out. went to edmonds during high tide last night...atleast 30 pots in the water...and i didnt see a single keeper. i was there for a good 4 hours and i only caught 1 undersized redrock and spider crabs (weird creatures). since i dont have a boat, im kind of stuck on piers. people with boat...

Bonneville dam. went fishing there a few weeks ago. def slower than i expected from all the information, duno why. but yeah, if you catch one, def worth the time. they def put up a fight compared to many other fish. be prepared to get snaged a **** load though. have fun!
