Is it possible to convert household current so that I can run my downrigger in my shop?

I guess I don’t possess the ability to accurately determine the length of a fish while it’s thrashing around in the net and I’ll bet I’m not the only one. So when a fish is not obviously over 22” and assuming the fish is hatchery/clipped what can you do to determine if it’s legal besides hauling it ...

My buddy caught this fish in the Juanita Bay vicinity. Neither of us have a clue what it is.

For instance, if I know that an author has made a report but can’t find a report to click on the author, how do I find one of their reports. Let’s say, that I heard that you have shared great information but I don’t have a report from you to click on your name, how do I find your reports?
