Well when the river drops back down into shape I will have a lot of new gravel bars to steelhead fish. Can't wait!

And they are opening the spillway again on the 17th to start making room for the Spring runoff. They want to maintain the lake at 865 feet. Hopefully the river will clear up. The Feather River is the little sister of the Sacramento River.

On a side note the Spring runoffs has me worried. [scared] Until they repair the spillway the emergency spillway may be used again. Over 200,000 people (me and my family included) had to evacuate. The emergency almost breached. We had to sleep in my Uncles camping trailer in a Walmart parking lot. T...
