We typically use King Marine out of Ballard. They will travel to the boat which is great if you cant bring it to them. They are great people and they do a really nice job! Highly recommended!

No we do not, we buy the foam in a molded plank form. The beads are compressed together under pressure and stream to bond them into a plank shape. This step is very specialized only a couple companies in the US can manufacture them in this fashion.

We have built air sponsons for a few projects. Manufactures of air floats and sponsons use the same exact equipment as we do to fabricate our collars. In fact, in some cases we use the same polyurethane materials for the outer membrane as well. The only difference is when they use Hypalon outer memb...

Hey Guys, great topic! The water should be respected, things can happen so fast even in calm weather. If you guys noticed in the news article it was a SAFE boat that brought the boater back to the dock. It has a foam collar around the outside of the boat to provide redundant floatation and stability...
