I have to seriously say i HIGHLY recommend the lonecone, they fit well, are very durable for the price and just overall a great buy for how many years they are gonna use them..... Kids grow WAY TOO FAST! Best of luck

i don't know why they closed it to all fishing, pretty dumb if you ask me considering the fisherman are the ones that have been the only ones to put fish down the tube for hatchery collection. We might as well give this fishery up in a couple years, fucking nets went in the bay in october and haven'...

Jake it has nothing to do with mortality from handling and shoving down the tube, I fished a few days ago two days in a row and put 3 down the tube, came in the next morning the same time and 3 out of the 3 fish i put down were laying on the sidewalk with a 1/2 its body eaten by the local otter/rive...

Was up there about 11am yesterday, saw 3 taken out and they were pretty chrome but bars starting to show.. Thanksgiving week looking like the normal years... Also saw 3 seals already chasing fish... Someone bring a paintball gun....

Depends on the systems you are fishing.. Some regs call for 1 single point hook, you really have to read them regs!

I would stay away from the nooksack, it's like fishing in coffee thats mixed with chocolate milk...... Silt runoff from glacier creek is horrible this time of year...

Pontoon as in single seater or floating party barges? I have the costco single seater and wanna float a easy river for the 1st 5 or 6 times... Nook has been too silted up......

Baker lake sockeye
Has anyone been on the skagit the past couple weeks and done any good? I haven't had a chance nor have really ever fished em, was thinking of launching on the toon above baker river and floating on down..... Gotta try this fishery, any recommendations on the skagit/?

The 18 season will look like the 2016 season with the exception of it being delayed, so expect a few other area to be either closed to most retention or with a limited opening... Hopefully this year sockeye on the skagit will be open or at least better river conditions to access fishing spots.... La...

Caught many a striper's, just never in WA... Chesapeake Bay in Maryland has some MONSTERS! We used to catch them 30 and 40 lb in the Potomac River ...... Largest on record in MD
