I have always fished them in the Skagit as it is only a 5 minute drive for me. My question sinse I am out in the sound alot do they run through the san juans at all and where?

little fish for the little kids is why perch and shiners. This is going to be there first outing so I wanna make sure they catch something that they might be able to muscle in instead of getting yanked into the water. Hello all, Kinda off and on with my other hobbies but I have the boat all set up again and a new fishfinder so gonna take the nephews out and see if I can get them some fish to play with. I just got a lowrance and will hopefully replaceing my Humming bird this weekend I will let you know. Its a bit quirky but it shows depth and fish on it.

Even though I did not vote for Obama I will support him as our Nations Leader. I wont agree with everything he does that I am sure, but that is what makes this country great. I can disagree with the leader and not have to worry about having my head chopped off or my family killed.

well you can see he has it sitting on his knee so he can hold that hummer up. But if you look close enough you can see his hand on the bottom holding that beast up. Its a big fish no doubt. Let the big ones spawn then there kids come back big to.

WOW ! Thanks for all the info guys this really helps me out. I didnt plan on eating a ton of the fish I catch. I read the reports on how much of what fish you should eat in a week or month period. Thanks again guys and I will let you know how I do. I plan on taking my boat out to Burrows island area...

if the water is warm trout go deep. I would toss a worm out in the deep spots. They will hit a worm. I thought about heading over there this weekend to.
