Re: Possession limits
So, Hewesfisher, you knew that you can only have 2 day limit from your investigation into this subject 5 years ago, and then went to Banks and did the wrong thing anyway?? im not trying to Troll here, just make sense of this. Im pretty sure I read somewhere that "Processing" includes vacuum seal, da...

Re: Possession limits
By "processing" your catch by cleaning and Vacuum sealing, Dating, and freezing it, I believe you are allowed to have more in your possession, if you had 4 days limit in your cooler you would be violating the law. I am not the law, but pretty sure that is how it works

Re: anyone heard anything about newman lake?
I've never fished this lake, but have been around muskie, and i have found that sticking with the bass gear, and using 30# mono leader instead of wire, helps a lot with the breakoffs from muskie and improves the bass bites.

Re: would you use a boat left on the shore of a secluded lak
if it were like an alpine lake, where maybe the boat had to be brought in, yes i would use it, and be kind to it. If they left the boat where it was in view, and obvious no one around, then i think they left it to be used. just a boat on the shore at public beach, no, they left it there with confide...

Re: Evergreen reservoir, bank fishing
Evergreen is a good lake for boat fishing if you are looking for walleye. I have caught bass and walleye from shore, but I wouldn't recommend it. Roosevelt may be your better choice, or even Sun Lakes would be an excellent choice too

I agree with Lingking, I believe there is something to having more rods out, it increases odds and gets your presentation to different depths.

Re: motor not starting
My engine is an early 80's 2 stroke, the "brain" had something to do with the coils, it certainly isn't a computer. As far as Idle screw, from my experience, all the way in then 1 and a half turn out will get you close to the correct setting. It does sound like may be a coil issue. One of the first ...
