center console boat

Currently I have an old valco 12 ft. and I want to get into about a 16-18 ft. open boat. I tinker alot with about everything mechanical so I plan on getting boat only and add to it as time goes by. What if any advice does anyone have with center consoles?

I've got a whole tackel box of stuff that you can have, mostly salmon gear. It came with a boat that I bought a couple of years ago. I live up in Bellingham, send me your contact info and I'll send it to ya.

In the last month I added a Hummingbird 597 ci HD, wow what a difference it makes to be able to see the bottom structure. One thing that I have learned with deep cycle batteries is to have a three stage charger. It makes a huge difference in how long your battery will last and perform. I picked up a nice charger for 65 bucks and it has made a dramatic difference in battery reliability, I can fish for about 8 hours and ...
