Thank you for being willing to share how they work for you. I wasn't aware that it might make a difference on the line counter. I think if it does make a difference you'd just have to adjust a little to compensate for it.

Brian: Thanks for the reply. I was wondering if you can still readily get any parts that may wear out on Cannon's. I used to have 2 Scotty 1106's. I had a drive belt give out and a break spring that broke on me, but that was about all that went bad that I can remember. I should not have let them go ...
