Northwest Fishing Reports

I've been having a pretty good time this year, ive got 3 fish. 6.12, 6.04, and a 6.17. All 3 fish have been caught on topwater, and all within the last 6 weeks...

not sure if the Elite has a built in GPS. the only thing that the point one is a position and heading device. The Point-1 provides extremely accurate and rapid boat position and speed updates. one thing is it needs calibrated every time you go out... you have to go do a couple of donuts in the water...

Well we went Friday... that was the last time I'll go... there was nothing new and I found nothing there that I couldn't buy online cheaper... No warmwater tank or seminars ...everything fishing wise was pretty much salmon/ steelhead.. no real interest for me... the $20 it took to get in could have ...

living under 4 miles away from it, fuel is not a issue!!!! can't wait... and wife is hoping to get a job there...

Potholes,or banks both of those fit the bill.

just a basic circle hook... don't go any bigger then 2/0 and rig that 3" worm wacky style...

try a size 1 or 2 drop shot hook.. or try an 2/0 circle hook...

headed to Potholes March 12th for a week... staying at the state campground gonna be roughing it at the primitive sites...

I can tell you this.. Alder lake on Memorial day weekend will be loud... Lots of jet boats... and wake board boats... there are a couple of campgrounds at the lake, but all of them take reservations at that time of year... you'll be damn lucky to get a spot this close to the holiday... i have never ...

how about you just put your light bracket in a vise and beat on it until it's flat????

we put the pass on the inside piece of plexglas. and mounted to the console of the boat... so it didn't matter which truck we took... the boats always gonna be going to the lake... neither park seemed to care... we pulled up to the window , told them the pass is on the console of the boat...and roll...

well i saw the Cowlitz river today... if a fish can see more then 2" in front of his face. he's doing good... in fact all the rivers look super nasty right now... but I'm not a river fisherman... gonna take a couple of days to get them down and cleaned up..

I will agree with AMX... Buy the boat for YOU!!!!! not what anyone else wants ... or thinks you need... I was going to buy a dual sport,,, fish/ski... whatever you want to call them... but after looking at all the wasted space that gets taken up by crap i didn't want or need I went with a single con...

sold the other pontoon today... along with the 38lb trolling motor...


that leaves just the 30lb trolling motor... serial # dates it as a 2008 manufacture date... I will take $50....

i can make it ... plans for the wifes birthday are on the 16/17th...
