I finaly stepped away from sears batteries they just did not hold up long enough for me. I have been using an Interstate battery for my trolling motor for 3 years now with no signs of not holding a charge which is what I found with the Sears line of deep cycles. Just my opinion. Dennis

Say's alot about the seller when they will step up and help you out of a bad situation. They could have very easily looked the other way like alot of sellers might have. Good Luck with the "new" motor. Dennis

I use my neighbors 8 hp Tohatsu 2 stroke I dont know the exact year but a fantastic trolling motor on my 17' center console trolls down very nice and will troll all darn day without missing a beat and on virtualy minimal fuel. Good luck with your choice. Dennis

I also would not hesitate to replace the fuel tank if it is of the metal variety, you dont need rust particles in you motor. I think I might also keep the trailer backed in the water for a few minutes to have time to check for hidden problems also known as leaks. Good luck and be carefull with your ...

If they made a color that is from 1989 it would be perfect, but I went into it knowing it might be slightly different in color and I mean ever so slightly he made the bottom of my boat look new and I think if you didnt know those repairs to the bottom of my boat were there you most likely would not ...
