Roommate and I want to go out for Perch -- I'm a Wisconsin boy, and I LOVE perch fishing, but have no idea where, when, etc. I assume worms 4-6 inches from the bottom with a #10 hook and a bb splitshot? but where? yes, we have a boat... I'm up near Juanita beach. Any other Lake Washington tips would...
