Duwamish
Okay, duwamish anglers quick question. When is the run ends in duwamish? Is still a good bet to fish on the first week of October.? A friend wanted to go fishing for the first time this river system would be a good place to start for him. Thanks

So last camping trip of the summer this weekend and first time camping next to solduc river. Anybody know what fish is in the system right now? And what set up works best? I know bait is not allowed in sol duc. Any tip is very much appreciated. Thank you.

Re: looking for eggs
From my experience when I run out of eggs this season.. I bought a pack of caviar chum egg/roe from an Asian market. Then I cured it it just same way I do with the fresh caught eggs. Then I wrap it with a spawn net.. So far I caught 2 jacks silver with it. I am satisfied with the result.

Re: Snohomish
Thanks everyone for the input and responses. Sounds to me its still slow. I don't fish Snohomish/sky till like mid October after my birthday. But I guess I will just wait and see if WDFW decided to keep it open for the rest of the season. Not that I'm keeping my hopes high. But if they will would be...

Re: Snohomish
Snohomish a little closer to me than Skagit for a quick fishing therapy. Between work and kids school stuff. Thanks for the suggestion though. I sure will find a day to trek out on Skagit one of this days.

Re: Skoke Chums
Where is Skoke?(is that the real name of the river system)? How far drive from Seattle. This river closing just killed our annual birthday fishing trip with dad. I was hoping to save it with this river and hopefully hook on some monster chum.

Re: winter stocking
Thank you. I seen that post on wdfw site too. But all dates says 2014. So I thought that is for last year. I just from my neighbor and wanted to confirm. I didn't notice that on the first link - The second one shows plantings up through 10/5/15, and I assume will be updated as they plant. OnMyGame ...
