Packwood is fun but have you ever tried Backbone lake on the other side of the highway its a little shorter hike and a lot smaller lake

Lake loiuse does have public access but there is no boat launch just a state acces point wher you could put a car topper or someting similar. I have fished theis lake a few times and caught a few smaller trout . However I have heard fish stories about some real nice trout 2-4 pound range

would you be willing to swap for a short shaft of the same hp and model motor. I sold my old boat and now I have a short shaft motor and a long shaft transom

I have a fishing buddy i never use and a 35 hp johnson ls that needs put back togethor not totally torn apart also has the steering controls and steering wheel
