RE:The Next "TIGER PAC" Tourney is June 27 @ Mayfield Lake
I think he is going to be fishing with "Miss M", his daughter. I think he could use a little beginners luck to get him started this year! Don't be fooled by this, you know his son, Kenny, caught two muskies before Kenster put his first one in the boat. I think it just runs in the family.

RE:Chapter #57 of Muskies, Inc. is now an International Chapter!
NW TIGER PAC has almost 90 members including members in WA. Ore. Alaska and MN. We are honored to have two new members from Ottawa, Canada who have recently joined. Dale MacNair and his girlfriend, Julie, picked Chapter #57, out of all the other Chapters because the number 57 became very important ...

they can wand will devastate a lake if they are not limited. Anglin, I hope you won't take this as bickering but I take issue with this statement. One of the things we try to do on this board is educate the general public about muskies, and dispel the popular misconceptions that turn some people ag...

[quote="Ski"]Norm, Although I disagree with your post, it was mtsiview's post that required my response. At least your post was not vulgar, childish and a personal attack on Mark or CMA. Honestly Norm, I didn't even know Dex was you. I really don't know who mtsiview is but it seems like it could be ...

RE:Stocking Records & Lake Maps
Welcome Tavisiah, Don, Muskyhunter and Kenster are all great musky fishermen and you would do well to hook up with any of them to learn what you can about our local waters. I do when I can. Heck, I even get lucky once in a while and hook one! Fishing with the locals is the best way to learn our wate...

Due to the current economic situation and the rise and fall of the real estate market,it would appear the the remaining tigers of Green Lake have vacated the premesis and their ware abouts are unknown:clown: You're right Kevin, those inner-city docks are some of the most expensive. Therefore, the m...

RE:How's the bite on Tapps?
Just wondering if anyone has been out fishing on Tapps. Bill's arthritis is flared up so we haven't even been out trolling lately. Hi Rosanne, Kenster and I went out yesterday and got skunked on the muskies. Kenster got a couple of smallmouths at the end of the day, but we only fished smallies for ...

[quote="muskie guy"]This fishy came out of Newman Lake. I'm trying to track this lucky guy down to get his story. Maybe I can get him to post about it. Caught on a perch crankbait of the Rapala type. I heard, from a fairly reliable source, that a 54" Tiger was caught this past week in Washington State!! I will be viewing a photo sometime this next week and will try to get as much info about the fish as possible. My main questions are whether it was caught by a chapter member and whether it was C...

It's easy to get excited about having more and bigger muskies! Hell, there are nights when I dream about the darn things! I just want us to pool our thoughts so that we accomplish what we want to accomplish, without making too many enemies in the process. Yes, we will never please everyone, but if w...

Mark, do you mean for all species, or just tiger muskies? For all fishing of any kind on Tiger Musky stocked lakes. How would you police it if you allowed 'other' baits for other species in a tiger musky stocked lake? Incidental catches? Etc? Everyone checked with 'other' than artificial lures woul...

RE:Minor Cycle Rule Proposals
Isn't powerbait considered an artificial lure? If you banned that and worms it would shut down the trout fishermans skills on Curlew!! Kenster Power bait would still be considered bait, not an artificial lure. I do agree that if we tried to shut down lakes like Merwin to bait fishing, we would be i...
