Do you want to hear they are great flies or do you want to hear an honest evaluation of your flies? which will only help you to become a better tyer.

Again I will wait until Lowrance copies the technology then vastly improves it, (after they are sued by Humminbird first of course.) Lowrance has improved on everything Humminbird has come out with. You want to see a clear down image or side image take a look at the HDS series with structure scan.

Remember the $1500 is just for the transducer,, you still need to buy the humminbird unit for another 1500-2500 .

Lowrance will copy it, they will get sued and then they will make it even better like they did with the structure scan.

Rock lake is a fantastic lake for bass fishing, but it does need to be respected. I will not go screaming down this lake at 70mph. The old timer who gave me some information on this lake pointed out a lot of the areas to avoid as there are spires throughout the lake especially as the lake level lowe...

I never suggested that to be the case mark k. I personally do not care to fish for pike as they are a trash fish IMHO. More power to you in battling with the WDFW. I hope you guys get what you want.

Another reason I wouldn't mind seeing the pike removed from the PO river drainage, is I do not want them in the Columbia.. That is a perfect reason to remove them from the PO. Plus from the amount of individuals who attended the meeting, it surely shows that the pike fishing community can care less ...

To piggyback on my last statement. What I don't understand is how the WDFW can justify in killing off a lake that has a great bass population just so fishermen can catch trout. I don't understand their logic.

I actually wouldn't mind seeing the pike population removed from the PO drainage as I am tired of having expensive lucky crafts and swimbaits being destroyed by the pike.. Just my two cents..

Actually Elijah, I don't buy Japanese or Chinese fishing products anymore. Last year I started purchasing all american made products where I can. We as Americans are obligated to keep our mfg companies going strong and do what we can to build America.

If you want to buy Diawa, the only reel worth my money is the zillion.

The BASS elite tour has already banned the a-rig. Everyone has to realize the a-rig isn't anything new, saltwater fishermen have been using this rig for 30 years or better. It is called the umbrella rig..

My bait of choice is a jig. Flippping, pitching, skipping, swimming and dragging. Day in day out I catch larger fish on a jig.
