Hooked a lot as well today. In all about 25. Hooked and lost 2 kings, landed 1 silver, and los of pinks.

Ok. Be prepared for my 100 triple hook setup. Works all the time. Nah jk but yea that river has probably been the most enjoyable river even if I catch no fish you all ways meet someone new.

The river all in all has been having several projects. The fishing is alright for small trout but I believe in like 2015 or something like that they will be having sockeye salmon in the river which will be good.. But right now fishing hasn't been good at all.

It does sound like a blenny - the ones I have seen all ran about 5-10 inches long - several colors, but mostly bright green (seaweed green) maybe 3/4 - 1 1/2 inches tall at the dorsal fin. some of the blennys are "amphibious"- (probably not the right word here) and can survive in wet seaweed above ...

The eel I had was not a lamprey. It looked exactly like an eel's face.

I was fishing on dashpoint beach and snagged probably the same type of eel also. I tried taking the hook out but it tried to bite lol.

I was mainly taking about corky and yarn. The eggs I know that most fish will attack. Bobber and eggs is probably the best choice if you want to get your fish in the mouth.
