Re: Smacktalk Hole
I read your posts and here what I learned. 1. You got mad fish skills! 2. You should write a book based on you experience and become a millionaire! I hope someday I have enough time to fish and become part of the legend of smalktalk hole and BHP snagger hole while bonking some fine bucks and hens! L...

Re: Steelhead best fishing rod
I like my old 7' wright and mcgill steelie paired with a mitchell 410 reel. But the $15 walmart special is the cheapest way to get out and catch some fish now!

Mitchell 300 reel (3rd Version with Half Bail) 1946-52
I have a Mitchell 300 reel (3rd Version with Half Bail) 1946-52 I am selling from my personal collection. It shows some paint ware but overall in excellent condition for its age and not having a box. I was looking for $80. Medical bills force sell. Please let me know what you think.

Re: Secret bass lakes
Probably not much of a secret, but I have taken my kids for many evening Bass-o Rama adventures ate the ponds next to Mini park on 200th in Lynnwood. I have seen a couple large bass, but they are too smart to bite anything I have. But lot's of smalls.

Re: Mitchell 300 (old school version)
So I recently found a vintage harnell spinning rod that has the two rings to hold the reel. My 3rd gen 52-54 is now spooled, lubed and waiting in my trunk for opening weekend! Here's to keepin it old school one fish at a time!

I found this archived warm water fishing guide a few years back when I was looking for a place for my kids. I hope it points you in a direction of family fishing fun! Note it is from 2004 so the information is out of date and may be Crappie, now let's all get off our Bass and have some fun in the su...

RE:Seeking advice on first budget depth / fishfinder
The best part is the boat is pretty stable, and the wood floor and transum give ti some rigidity. Still like my dads 12 aluminum boat better because it glides thru the water better.

I would recommend staying on the other side of the freeway at Silver ridge rance behind turtle town! The owners are great and camped there many times on the busiest of weekends. If you have a horse they have spots with horse coralls. go for a guided horse ride. Or bring your dirtbike! In the winter ...

RE:recomendation for busget river/pier steelhead rod reel setup
As far as light rods go I have a one piece 7' uglstick, light action, 8-15lb test, Big Water Downrigger Rod model BWD1131 I picked up at a pawn shop. Is this closer for steelhead rod? It is the 1st one listed here: http://www.basspro.com/Shakespeare®-Ugly-Stik®-Big-Water-Downrigger-Rods/product/7834...
